Can I place an order? Will you deliver my package?

Yes, AS Hanging is working hard to ensure business continuity and delivering products in time. In some cases, delivery times may be longer than usual. AS Hanging has taken the decision to reduce shipping options that we usually offer.

Two shipping methods are available:

  • Economy shipping (8 days or less)
  • Free shipping (up tu 16 days) - Quebec and Ontario only

When should do I get my order?

After an order has shipped, you automatically receive an e-mail including your paid invoice and your FedEx Tracking number. Same as usual!


Can I return products?

We are still processing returns. Our return policies are not impacted by the current situation. Visit our Shipping & Returns page.


Is it safe to receive my order?

Yes, according to WHO. The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperatures is very low. What is AS Hanging Display Systems doing to keep customers and employees safe?

AS Hanging Display Systems has been taking the health and the safety of its customers, employees and suppliers as its outmost priority since the very beginning of the ongoing crisis.  We are sensitive to the concerns related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) and we implemented measures to minimize health risks for all weeks ago. We are closely following recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and other leading health organizations as we strive to help protect our customers and our employees.

Since March 16th, all our Customer Service and Administrative employees have been working from home to minimize the spread. To minimize close contacts, employees working on site do so on rotating shifts. We are reinforcing employee’s education and hygiene awareness with regular communications and reminders:

  • Warehouse employees maintain good hygiene practices, including frequent hand washing, workstation cleaning several times per day as well as for tools and products, etc.
  • Educating employees and suppliers about COVID-19 and keeping social distances (6 ft).
  • Advising employees to closely monitor their health and seek immediate medical attention if they develop flu-like symptoms – any employees who reports or displays flu-like symptoms will be asked to stay home.
