To qualify for free shipping, your order must total $199 or more before taxes, any fees or shipping charges AND this promotion only applies to orders weighing less than 100 lbs.
Free Shipping is valid on orders shipping within the United States, contiguous 48 states only. In Canada, it is valid within Ontario and Quebec only.
Orders needing to be delivered via freight carriers are not eligible for Free Shipping.

We offer warranty on transit time for US Express, US Expedited and Canada Express; all other services are not warrantied.
Transit time is in business days (includes processing time) - weekends and holidays are excluded.
* The buyer is fully responsible for paying any CUSTOM DUTIES and TAXES which may be due in his country upon delivery.
Motor Freight
Motor freight (LTL) is used for products or orders that are not able to ship by Express, Expedited, Economy or Free Shipping because of their special handling requirements, large dimensions or weight.

We want you to be happy with your purchase! We will cheerfully accept returns within 30 days of your purchase without restocking fee.
Return Conditions
Unused/Uninstalled Products
To be eligible for a return, you must obtain your return merchandise authorization (RMA), all items must be in new condition and in their original packaging. Please contact us at 866-935-6949. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you on the status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund, minus any shipping charges, to your credit card or original method of payment.
Damaged Package
Please save the product and original packaging.
Notify us within 5 days of receipt.
Damaged merchandise will be exchanged for the same product at no charge.
Defective Products
Please contact us within 5 days of knowledge of defective merchandise.
All defective product claims must be made during the Limited Warranty period and only the defective product will be replaced at no charge.
Used/Installed Products
We will NOT accept returns on merchandise that has been used or installed and that is not defective.
