Hole spacing varies by track type:
- Classic Wall, Classic Ceiling, Contempo: 9 holes, first at 4" from end, then every 8".
- Shadowline Wall, Deco Rail, Drop Ceiling: 8 holes, first at 1.3" from end.
- Click Rail, Up Rail, Xpo Rail: No holes; these snap onto supplied clips.
- Display Reveal: Different install process (see guide).
