Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email with tracking information.

We will cheerfully accept returns within 30 days of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, you must obtain your return merchandise authorization (RMA), all items must be in new condition and in their original packaging - see Product Return Categories.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you on the status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund, minus any shipping charges, to your credit card, or original method of payment.
Please contact AS Hanging Display Systems within 30 days of original delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused or uninstalled and in the same condition that you received it.
Please save the product and original packaging.
Notify us within 5 days of receipt.
Damaged merchandise will be exchanged for the same product at no charge.
Please contact us within 5 days of knowledge of defective merchandise.
All defective product claims must be made during the Limited Warranty period and only the defective product will be replaced at no charge.
We will NOT accept returns on merchandise that has been used or installed and that is not defective.
