PICTURE MOLDING HOOK


Description Use with Loop-End Cable/Cord. Picture rail (molding) is common in vintage (1870 - 1925) homes. This is a molding, like a chair rail, but typically intalled about 6'6" to 7' feet off the floor. It was customary to hang art from this rail with the use of a small hardware hook.
