Each note or bulletin sits in its own acrylic sleeve, almost as if it were framed. Allocate pockets to various special interests or purposes. With the Boardless Bulletin Board at a library, for example, the "Teen Readers" can always find their notices because they have a pocket allocated for their group. So do the "Young Mothers Group", the "Senior Readers", etc. You get the idea. At the health club this bulletin board also works wonders. Each group has their own display pocket. Handball players, Aqua Aerobics, Lap Swimmers, Spinners all have their own pocket and become accustomed to where their information is displayed.
